Universiti Teknologi Brunei, UTB, held a Sunat Hajat prayer, Reading of Surah Yassin and Doa Kesyukuran in conjunction with the 40th UTB anniversary. It was held at Masjid Universiti, Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

The Special Doa for the health and well-being of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam was also held.

Among those present was, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid, Minister of Development as Deputy Chairman of the UTB Council. Also present was Datin Paduka Professor Doctor Dayang Hajah Zohrah binti Haji Sulaiman, UTB Vice Chancellor.
